Era: We primarily review House Beautiful issues published before 1970
Condition: Must be in very good condition—no mold, missing pages, heavy creases, or water damage
Mailing Labels: Label-free covers preferred, especially where labels affect artwork or design presentation
Quantity: We do not purchase individual issues. Submissions should include 10 or more, boxed and ready to ship or for in-person pickup
Content Consideration: While certain themes (such as mid-century modern, postwar architecture, or early American design trends) may enhance appeal, content alone does not guarantee a purchase
We review only complete and well-preserved collections that meet our current inventory needs.
