We appreciate all interest, but only a select number of Famous Monsters collections meet our review standards. Please consider the following criteria:
Era: We primarily review Famous Monsters issues from the 1950s through the 1970s. Later issues may be considered only as part of a larger lot.
Condition: Magazines must be in very good condition—no missing pages, heavy creasing, mold, or water damage.
Mailing Labels: We prefer label-free copies, especially for early editions and highly visual covers.
Quantity: We do not purchase single issues. Submissions should include 10 or more magazines, boxed for shipping or local pickup.
Cover Content: Key cover appearances (e.g., Universal Monsters, Frankenstein, Godzilla, or Ray Harryhausen features) may attract added attention but do not guarantee a purchase.
Even for historic titles like Famous Monsters, resale is niche. Only collections that meet our standards for volume, condition, and era can be accepted.
