What We’re Looking For
While we welcome all submissions, we follow specific criteria to determine which Black Beat collections we can consider:
Era: We primarily review issues published before the mid-2000s. More recent issues are rarely accepted.
Condition: Magazines must be in very good condition—no missing pages, water damage, mold, or excessive wear.
Mailing Labels: We prefer magazines without mailing labels, especially when labels affect the front cover.
Quantity: We do not purchase individual issues. Submissions must include 15 or more magazines, boxed or suitable for pickup.
Posters/Pinups: Issues with intact inserts or collectible layouts may be prioritized, though this does not guarantee acceptance.
Please note that although Black Beat holds cultural significance, resale is a niche market, and only a small portion of submitted collections meet the necessary standards.
How to Sell Your Black Beat Magazine Collection

If your submission qualifies, we will follow up with packing instructions or coordinate a local pickup if appropriate.
