About Monster Magazine
Monster magazine titles—often published under names like Monster World, Monster Mania, Modern Monsters, or simply Monster—were a staple of horror fandom from the 1950s onward. While some were spin-offs or competitors of Famous Monsters of Filmland, others were short-run or independent publications that delivered behind-the-scenes photos, monster movie retrospectives, actor profiles, and scream-worthy cover art. These magazines were the lifeblood of a generation of horror and sci-fi fans.

What We’re Looking For
We appreciate all submissions, but only a limited number of Monster magazine collections meet the standards for resale. Please consider the following:
Era: We primarily review Monster-themed magazines published between the 1960s and 1980s. Earlier and rarer titles may be of special interest if preserved well.
Condition: Magazines must be in very good condition—free of excessive wear, missing content, stains, or moisture damage.
Mailing Labels: We prefer issues without mailing labels, especially on highly visual or illustrated covers.
Quantity: We do not purchase single issues. Submissions should include 10 or more magazines, boxed and ready to ship or suitable for local pickup.
Publication Note: Please include the full publication name and cover images when submitting, as many Monster titles were independently released under similar names.
Because this category includes numerous small-run and niche publications, resale remains highly selective. We only accept collections that meet our combined standards of condition, completeness, and volume.
